My Company rewarded me with a $75 gift…

My Company rewarded me with a $75 gift on Favor, which is unusable. Its sucks.

Favor Chews Off

I think Favor outpaced itself without providing the right infrastructure for success.
The customer service side is poor. You interact via text with an agent (sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for first response), then the number disappears once the favor arrives and you restart with email.
The delivery markup increases randomly. The driver tip is defaulted up to 75%; you can login and change once it’s delivered.
I will say they’ve made improvements. Happy to see original restaurant receipt photos added.

We just ordered food through favor and…

We just ordered food through favor and only got half our order. I contacted the restaurant and come to find out the delivery person orders the food so we received what was ordered as far as they show but we still get charged. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at favor through email, text, or phone. From what I see on the BBB website this company never gets back to people and the favor delivery employees can do whatever they want with your card info. Looks like they rip people off all the time and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Favor Delivery

Favor Delivery, worst delivery service I’ve ever used. You don’t even respond to your customers who are left wondering if they are ever going to get their meal after an hour after placing an order with an original eta of 25 minutes...I’ve given multiple chances and every time it’s the same problem. Here we are having placed an order at 5:45, having to cancel and place an order with a legitimate delivery service at 7 pm. Terrible!

Absolute worst food delivery service in…

Absolute worst food delivery service in the DFW area!! Do not waste your time or money with such an incompetent so called “ Business”.
Call Uber eats and get real people with real responses!! Trust me on this one!!!
This company will eventually collapse, hopefully much more quickly than Bernie Madoff!!!

What the he'll is going on with Favor

What the he'll is going on with Favor? Favor is an "Anything" delivery service. The last 2-3 months...orders are canceled...wrong items delivered. No communication from runners or office. What a freaking disappointment!!

I paid 50 for KFC

I paid 50 for KFC, it’s showed picking from shop and delivered, never received my food. This is the new version of cheating, I could not believe this from H‑E‑B.

Shut this worthless business down

Shut this worthless business down, they always forget items in your order, support sucks, they even charge twice the amount that shows up on the order this place sucks, delivery sucks, food is cold, they should be thrown in jail, total rip off!

Driver texted he would be there in 1…

Driver texted he would be there in 1 minute:
1. I waited on my porch until a half hour passed. I called HEB. They said it showed delivery
was complete.
2. I walked around the block. Didn't see anything. Looked closer. Driver had left my groceries
ON MY NEIGHBOR'S PORCH!!! They had been sitting there for at least half an hour. Including perishables.
3. Driver did not call before delivery & left no phone number. No way to contact him.
4. Driver did not text when finished, so I had no way to know the groceries were delivered.
5. My cottage is half a block from where groceries were delivered. The instructions clearly
state that I do NOT live in the main house at (redacted). I live around the corner, in a cottage at (redacted).
The instructions give very clear directions to my cottage. A 6 year old child could follow them.
Further, I have been receiving deliveries from HEB for over a year (HEB can confirm this). In that time I have never
filed a complaint until now (HEB can confirm this also).
No other driver has ever had a problem in finding my cottage.
6. It took me 25 minutes to walk back & forth to the place where he left my groceries & bring them to my house. Wasted time.
7. I wasted another 30 minutes trying to find a phone number to call Favor to complain. I guess they are
afraid to leave a phone number. It would actually have been better for them to have left a phone number online. Online help REQUIRES FACEBOOK! Sorry, not going there!
8. I am wasting another 20 minutes typing this complaint.
9. Driver wasted time and effort. If he had just driven around the corner into my drive, he could have
just set off the groceries in my drive, as all the other drivers have done. As it was, he had to go back & forth
from the street up the sidewalk and then up the steps to the porch.
9. NO MORE TIPS FOR FAVOR DRIVERS - OTHER THAN THE MINIMUM REQUIRED. THIS INCLUDES THE GOOD DRIVERS.
10. I strongly urge HEB, which is a great company, to dump Favor.

Do not use favor

Do not use favor. My food order was right but I was grossly overcharged.
